The fact here is that I actually wanted this picture to be "almost" all about the stuff up top!
The title "Down to Earth" refers to the shooting star, so I've never would have cropped it out :)

I can't hide a bit of luck here (the shooting star), since I took this right out of the car, ready to go back home, and this is the one and only picture I shot of that scene :D

Normally not my sort of image but the joining of sky and earth and the mediating clouds grabs me.
