I tried to imitate the effect of my Lensbaby Composer in post processing.
Although it's better to have the effect at first place, some practice in PS is not bad at all
:)

On purely visual terms, I like the zoomy affect that amplifies and focuses on the fish-monger doing his work, but the partial desat is a puzzler. 6
