 Recipe:

Buy Crablegs at grocery store.

Make SURE to wait until they're on sale. (frugality matters)


Wait for an occasion to celebrate.

Place large, metal bowl in middle of table.


Heat water until boiling.

Place crablegs in water for three minutes.

Serve crablegs on a large tray in the middle of the table.

Allow the person you are celebrating to have the first choice of the crab clusters. Proceed clockwise around the table, with each person choosing a cluster until all clusters have been chosen. (plan for three clusters per person if no other items are served)

Instruct all guests to make a loud PINGING sound by throwing their empty shells into the metal bowl.

Laugh out loud with everyone else as they miss the metal bowl and hit the person across the table with their crab shell.




This is a favorite recipe of our family of six... and our guests.

Choose your table location space wisely if you try this recipe. :D

It looks soooo delicious!
Buying crablegs at the grocery store isn't that easy here... at least it is quite expensive.
I've never tried crablegs before but I'd love to - and drink a glass of white wine, which also looks equally inviting in your picture
