 I had fun doing this. I was hoping to get a challenge with an appropriate title to try this shot. Inspired by the new poster of the series Penny Dreadful Season 3, the skull-like photo really impressed me.

This was tricky, since the lighting is very specific, and I tried to do my best. To top it off, it was a self portrait, so I couldn't position my body in a similar way, it was a trial and error process.

Camera setup high pointing down. Light is from a torch angled down.


Change is always needed, either personally or professionally. The problem of change is when it's due to external factors, and we don't control it. Change the things you can, and handle the ones you can't, making the most of it.

I'm feeling bad because I gave this a 6. But it didn't speak change as much as others. But it is a truly exquisite photo and I think would have scored much higher in a free study. So beautifully done.

Congrats on 7th. This should have finished higher imho (definately should have beaten me.) The skull impression is awesome.
