This is such an appealing shot. Her smile, the look in her eyes, and the angle of her head all contribute to giving this shot a fresh, sweet quality.

She has a sweet face, but I see some problems.
Stay with me here, I'm not a pro but learned something along the way and I am trying to help you.
If I am wrong just PM me and you can call me names :)

My eyes go imidiatly to her nose, and I think that's not a good thing.
I think you could have used a different focal lenght.
If you stand further away from your model and zoom in this would be better.(hard to explain why in just a few words, if you like to know PM me)
And try to focus on the eyes.

Nice portrait - really shines with personality - Check the threads. there is one that talks about boosting the catchlight in the eyeballs which might improve this image.

I dont know much about portraits so my opinions are completely personal preference. I like that you filled the entire frame with the frame. The hair and scarf do a good job of being a natural frame. Her expression seems natural and warm and comes across as genuine. There are no distracting shadows and the lighting is soft yet warm. Her eyes seem a little soft and dark - a little editing work and I think it would really raise the level of the portrait as the eyes seem to be one of the main focal points.
