Did you see it?! The Dolphin (toy one) that is. :-)

On a trip to Florida and we went out on a boat for Dolphin watching. As we made our way out there was this family of Osprey on a buoy. I grabbed a handful of shots as we went past with my lens maxed out at 105mm.

It wasn't until we got back that evening and I was going thru the photos that I spotted the dolphin toy in the nest. One of favorite finds EVER! :-D

What made it even more fun was that earlier in the day we had been to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium to see the dolphins (it's the location where they filmed the movies Dolphin Tale 1 & 2).

I wish the pole wasn't there, but it was too much to remove I think and stay within the challenge rules. So I left some wood in the lower part of the frame to show some context.

I'm quite pleased with the performance of this camera/lens combo thus far. Getting pretty decent results (IMO of course). :-P

How cool is that. Nice capture. I didn't score it very high though (4) because there wasn't enough to hold me. I do think that the scene may have produced more moments that would have grabbed me and kept me looking. Good Luck!

love it. That eye is riveting. As the background is quite clean I would have been tempted to clone out the pole
