Thanks for the love everyone! I've said it before, to have such talented artists say such nice things is really the prize...but.... I'd be a big fat liar if I said I didn't LOVE the splash of blue on my side panel.... :o)

I've done several entries using this technique over the last few months, and I must say, you have done a great job with this one. I think a little backlighting for the end shot would have helped with some separation from background, especially around the hair, but this is one of my favourites from this challenge.

Great tension and power. Very effective lighting. I like how the red color of the gloves help the eye follow the action. Regrettably, it appears as though there may be a technical issue on the left-most shoulder. Nonetheless, a compelling study.
