Have to admit quite surprised, I figured around 6.20 - 6.40

69 votes 7.00, always love getting over 7.00, 2 hrs to go anything can happen.

Just like to thank all the kind voters and commenters, I really loved this image but wasn't too sure if the voters felt the same. Given my pick I'd always choose to shoot a motion blur image rather than a stopped motion.

I also love the bi-colour filter on CEP, I've used it a few times, you'll probably have already recognised it in past entries I've submitted, it really makes your images pop!!

The bi-color filter is just way too heavy on this. Which is a shame, because it's really beautiful. 6 as is. Probably an 8 if it was more natural.

Among my top picks this round. The use (I presume) of a gradient color filter here serve well to isolate the subject and create an even more ethereal effect that the motion and panning. Kudos!
