Ha, yes I kind of agree - I just couldn't bring myself to put in such a cynical entry without doing something to it!

Jeez Paul I love the shot: composition, color, chiaroscuro light, appealing subject, even the vignette blur. But the scratchy overlay seems an effect too far to my jaundiced eye even if my wife thinks otherwise.

Ok, now I'm singing "pug with the blue dress, blue dress, blue dress, pug with the blue dress on". Thanks a lot!

The tongue makes this one. Wish it didn't have the texture. I'm finding it distracting instead of adding to the image.
