Thanks to my son for being my subject. I started 2 1/2 hours before close -- so I am very happy with the finish. I try to keep it simple -- essentially a composite of three images -- my son, the bulb, and the open socket of a lamp. Then the rush to splice things together by the deadline. I did another editing pass the next morning making the whole scene grungier with a more burned out mood -- I liked it better but alas it was too late.

Very well done!! One of my ribbon picks, really like the details of the inside of the bulb and the effects it made.

This deserves my special personal sparks ribbon

A lot of bulb heads in the contest and you have the best in my opinion.

wish the figure in the bulb was a little more defined...and that the bulb was indeed burned out.
