Thanks for the comments and PH bling.

A couple of folks mentioned the flag coming out of his head. I was less than thrilled with that aspect of this image, but there were too many other things I liked it and I didn't have any stronger candidates.

I would love this more than the 8 I gave it there was enough definition in the face of the forward person. This is likely a non-issue without the auto-squash of vertical images here, but ...

It sure looks mighty cold! I'm just wondering if you should of cloned out the flag that looks like it's growing out of the the man's head.
Apart from that I really like this, always one to love images of people in the rain and snow.
