Congratulations on your ribbon!

I love this image!

I think that... if you'd included something that wasn't the window... to make the window into a window instead of the image with a filter over it... that this would have scored even more highly. The viewers can't see what you saw when you made your decision as to what to include. We need some reference.

I think it would have gotten a 10 from me instead of the 8 it got.

Lovely, though... really lovely.

I really enjoyed viewing this image and came back to look at it many times. I can't put my finger on why I like it so very much; perhaps it is the totally different interpretation of the topic, the simply wonderful authentic treatment of this somehow distant yet simultaneously completely intimate moment.
