| The sky grabbed me at first look. The detail in the scene is great. I like that you can see the fence is there but the detail is not. The positioning of the lighthouse is good, but better since the house offsets it. Very nice perspective. |

| The more I look at this shot, the more I love it! The colors, light, and mood are just perfect. And look at that score! In some challenges you would have brought home a ribbon, too bad this was such a high scoring challenge. Regardless, it's a beautiful shot that you can forever be proud of. Fantastic work!! |

Sorry I'm a bit late with my reply. Thank you all so much for the great, honest, and helpful comments. Many of you said you felt that the light was too centered. You are absolutely right. I didn't notice it at the time because I was thinking of the light and the house/building as a unit and therefore it's not centered. After reading your comments I see how centered it is every time I view it! lol I've tried a new crop where neither is centered and it looks very nice. Thank you for pointing that out.

There's undeniable beauty in this shot. Love the way the clouds have turned out.
The onlt thing that bothers me is that I feel that it's a bit heavy on the left of the frame. Would love to see a square crop of this image.
I like it a lotl and I think it's a very good image. All the best. |

| That sky is increadible. The silent movement of the clouds at night. I like how the colors are subtle - at night colors become indistinct. The composition contracts the filmy horizontal movent of the sky, with the solid vertical of the lighthouse. 9 |

| This photograph is just beautiful! If it doesn't ribbon, I'll be very surprised. But if for some reason it doesn't (it's been known to happen on DPC) at least you know that you captured a truly compelling image that will bring you satisfaction longer than winning ever could. Kudos! |

| This is stunning, and the subject matter is dfiferent, which is good! :) I love the way the ambient light is reflecting off the right side of the lighthouse. And of course the sky and clouds are very trippy. Good luck in the challenge, I hope this one does well! - 9. |

Amazing shot and the only 10 in my score-casting.
I love the central composition of the lighthouse. I wonder if there will be people complaining about the composition as it doesn't follow the rule of thirds (it does in my opinion - with the little house) at least directly - something my pic was blamed for. Hope to see your shot in top 5. |

| Wow, amazing clouds, I really like the movement of the clouds, I'm a huge clouds fan. I think that you should have placed the lighthouse more to the right, it's too centered like that for my taste. Otherwise this is a good photo and the clouds... wow! |

| Really nice shot. My only nitpicks would be to add just a little more light to the subject and to move the subject out of dead center, but the shot came out great regardless. Nice job. |
