On second thought, I should have given it the 10.

Having just seen the new movie, Interstellar, I get it... the world turning to textures.. and it's scary but at the same time beautiful. I just love this image. Sorry I didn't comment earlier.

Very artistic. It makes me look, it makes me wonder.

Scary indeed. The last proof from an old travel journal.

Well, you've certainly got me here, I haven't a clue what I'm looking at. I like images that make me ask questions but I'd just like a bit more direction which I can't find in the image or the title, good luck

I don't know what to say. It's beautiful, like a fabulously loose drawing. I looked up the meaning of the title, and it made me feel even better though I'm not certain why. But uncertainty is one of my favourite things in art, so it's getting better all the time. Thank you.

I am not sure what I am looking at, but a great abstract nonetheless.

An alien pulling up his pants. Unaccustomed to wearing pants in the first place, it finds them more annoying than useful. So much so that his head has departed. (OK, so I really have no idea what it is, but I quite like it just the same.)

O.K. ...So midway through all the beautiful and near-beautiful images in this challenge, I come to this one. Say what?

But I can't let it go. It has a pull on me that sends me to the internet to see what the title mean. I'm told it means "unhurt, unstruck" and is often used in the context of music as a calm, maybe even a pure, tone.

So now I am back, armed with this information.... Only it looks like it might be the opposite of "unhurt, unstruck" -- musically or otherwise.

Still can't let it go...even though (and maybe because) it's an enigma to me. I like the abstraction, the vague human form, the coil/trunk/snake-like thingy. ...and it looks very "hurt" and "struck" so much that the upper part is obliterated...assuming there was an upper part.

O.K. This much intrigue and thought-provoking impact deserves recognition. 9. (If I could figure it out, it would be a 10. My failing, perhaps, but the artist's task too.) So... 9 it is.

Btw, "thingy" in my lexicon is art-speak for "I don't have a clue."
