Yes, underrated ... not least by me. (a niggardly 6). Do you know the stellar novel The Industry of Souls by the late Martin Booth? This could be a picture of the protagonist, Alexander Bayliss. If you haven't read it, do. You'll smother me with gratitude.

It was 9 from me. I love that it's more a portrait of a hand and understand a few things before we get to the gaze and the doubt and the tiredness and a lot of unsaid things

I like this. Good composition and detail in the man's face and hair, and I like how the light falls off softly enough that his eye in shadow is still visible and he stands out from the background.
