Thanks for this comment. I was wondering the same why so many people don't know photography techniques and only looking for the bokeh effect(which is pretty easy to get) but taking a shot without the bokeh and WITH a shallow depth of field is so much more difficult. I think this really fits the challenge and is IMO a superb picture that should have had better votes.

Love it, but would like some more OOF stuff besides the bird. Too high key/washed in the background.
