Gotta love that glorious cloud with the crepuscular rays and the right half - almost 2/3 - of the image works well. Overall, no matter how I stand or tilt my monitor, this is just a bit too dark for me, especially on the left. 9 for a beautiful scene that works well in the crop

Using the dimensions perfectly. Wonderful, moody light and processing. One of my very top scores. I wish the very bright reflection to the right of center had been muted a bit, it's an eyetrap that keeps pulling me away from the skyline.

Sharp and interesting... nothing cut off by the odd crop ratio.. .and nothing superfluous either.
