I think this type of shot in a top 20 spot is unexpected and speaks to how good a photo it is. Great job.

Congratulations on the top 20. It's a pity it didn't end higher.
Great shot and inetersting interpretation. Maybe it awasn't easy enough for people to get it?

You were robbed on this one, excellent shot. I gave you an 8, maybe should have gone higher. Great job!

Very very cool shot man! I love the busyiness of the scene and how everything, including you, blends together. The tone and oversharpening are excellent and fit the texture of the wall. Who cares about the score?! +fav

Keep them coming man...

It is so very busy but there is so much to see, interesting pose on the model (note to model....work on the neck...yeesh...LOL! but a bit distracting) Great tones rich are dark. Super work. Like it much.

Oversharpened, imo, but this is excellent! 8

Looks just a little oversharpened maybe? Other than that, I like the mood

Unfortunatly its very busy, so my eyes are travelling all over the frame. Pity as I really like the idea. Maybe a shallow DOF would have blured the backgroung and helped. Nice try.

with your defining feature shot, it answered my question about whether this was you or not, JPR.
this shot scored a ten from me, but i wanted to leave the comment when i found out whether or not it was you.
congrats, your pictures are really good.

Very unique look. The posterized style matches well with the background -- it's like he's part of the wall.

A bit contrasty for my tastes. The back wall is distracting.

I came back again to this picture. I don't perceive it as a portrait anymore. The street sign could be grafitti and his gesture as well. I think I know what was on your mind. Bump it up to 10. This photo is too good to be overlooked.

One of my top picks this week. Seems oversharpened, but it works very well here.

Background is fairly distracting. Maybe a more shallow depth of field would help

Awesome shot but it looks a bit oversharpened, his face looks like a doll face or something you cut out from another picture and pasted in there. 7
