 Half and half poured into a glass of cold-brewed coffee. I always loved the patterns the cold cream made in the cold coffee, so I wanted to try it in a glass vs. just a mug or paper cup at work.

Setup, had one chance at this. Took several shots to make sure the lighting was right on just the cup of coffee and then set the camera on tripod and fired with cable release as I poured the cream in. Had to reduce flash so it would fire several times and recharge too.

Processing in Lightroom 5.5, some cloning of glass imperfections and droplets in the wrong place, then a little boost in Nik Color Efex 4.0 for detail enhancement.

And drank the coffee too. Quite nice.

I was surprised this did not break into the top ten. I found it much more interesting than the multitude of splashing glasses. Nicely done.
