 Used a Sigma 105 2.8 EX macro (not the new DG version) that I have since sold.

My wife was the model, we put extra gloss on her lips to get that look.

Only thing edited in the shot is B/W conversion done with channel mixer and increased contrast.

Nice idea but your editing has discoloured the teeth, I find that kinda draws my attention instead of looking at the smile. Great idea tough.
