Thanks for taking the time to comment. Basic editing is a huge challenge for me. With the team thing starting I never got to do anything significant with it, though I did a basic B&W at first just to see where it would go. Glad you got the idea of the intersection of 3 dimensions with a flat DOF. I've got copies at a bunch of apertures and f/8 seemed to be the most interesting. If I ever get an edit worth sharing I'll post a link.

Are you suggesting that more of husk should have been in focus, or that the focus isn't tack sharp, which I'm pretty sure it is. And you can only "sharpen" so much in a minimal edit.
