another shot of this beautiful silky patch, looking as a huge bear asleep by the stream (actually I think that the Bear was taking his shot!) - the colors are so soft!
( I would have cropped the little from the top to send the eyes only to the beautiful shape of land)
I particularly like the economy of processing here

Your processing of the grass makes it look like fur. Specifically, I get the impression of dead animal fur there at the bottom.

A wonderful deep image, beautiful in its own right, that is a textural tour de force. The browns, blues, grays and dark green sing of nature without a hint of pretension. Formidable.

I love the warm tones and great textures. The grass looks like fur - like a huge animal hide laid over the ground.
