 This is actually some foliage in my back yard, but the shot with movement reminds me of the Litoral Paulista (Coastline) between Bertioga and São Sebastião in the State of São Paulo, Brasil. I don't know what it's like now, but when I lived there it was still undeveloped. The jungle grew right to the beach and for long stretches the road was on the sand.
