 Made target in Photoshop and printed it out at the library. Used a mini-LED flashlight, some foil and a plastic drinking straw to make a narrow snood (see link below).

-Tripod, timer, manual mode
-FL 36mm (35mm EQ) in SuperMacro mode
-Clone out blurry copyright type in upper-left
-RGB Curve through raduated mask to even out lighting
-RGB Curve
-Resize
-USM at 88%/0.8 dia/TH = 5 (applied twice)
-SaveAs JPEG at quality 10/10 = 207KB
