 Last minute entry. We were doing an event this evening at the indoor arena and I knew I wanted to try to get a portrait of one of the amazing characters at the ranch. Steve is shy and doesn't pose, so this was a candid portrait while he was talking to a guest right at the end of the event. Quickly processed but I like the grittiness of this which sums up Steve's cowboy persona pretty well.

Steve, is this one of your cowboys? I'm loving the image, with the ears pointed back. Not sure about the filter. Makes it look dingy to me

That mustache is awesome, you wouldn't think but it really adds to the image of a "cowboy"

I wonder if anyone will guess this as my entry? One of my own regular subjects and a treatment similar to my work. I can't not like this. Could be littlemav.
