 This is my first attempt at making water effects with my camera. When I saw this challenge I wanted to try my photography in an area that I have so admired looking at the pictures here.

So when I went to these falls I wanted to try something out of my comfort zone and took that leap. I hear that until you take that plunge, you will never learn and understand how much can be done in photography.

A wider context might have helped the association to the prompt. There are some sharpness issues in the foliage- I wonder if you didn't have some breeze to deal with?
ETA: Not a fan of your border choice. Something much more subdued would've worked here.

Beautiful. Maybe for discussion; this is a superb image with water that cries to heaven. In fact, in this image on FOLIAGE, the water is all my eye keeps going back to, it steals the eye from the challenge topic. Honestly, what do you think?
I do, however, dislike the frame; the image is strong enough on its own!

This seems to be more about the falls than the foliage. Nice shot of the falls.
