Thanks guys, since I'm a landscape photography lover it's amazing to get a ribbon with a shot like this.

As for the shooting star reflection I have no idea why there's no trail on the water. I even thought of cloning it out, but there was no reason to create a different reality :)

Lovely shot. The shooting star is off the reflection. Look at the double star in line with the top to the right of the mountaintop; it is below the shooting star and at it's reflection is at the lake's edge. The shooting star's reflection would be in rocks of the shoreline.

Congratulations my friend. Another well done night scape. Yes, bjoern is correct. The reflection would be just outside the frame on the bottom right. Looks like there would be no water there anyway. Beautiful image!

Great shot.

I think the reflection of the shooting star (or plane?) is simply not on the picture because of its location. Based on the reflection of the mountain top it would have appeared just outside the frame (or on the shore, so no reflection at all).

This is probably my favorite photograph in the challenge.
I love the vast amount of sky included. It is definitely a landscape in portrait orientation that works well. I even think the noise (high ISO I'm betting) works here.
