 My son's 6 months-old rottie pup, Howard, in his backyard.

Open PSCS3
Crop with slight rotation
Duplicate layer
Select dog and gate (using magnetic lasso, select inverse and cut pixels)
Topaz Adjust
Warm the background layer a bit
Burn and blur tools used to subdue some of the sticks and stones on the ground
Select and change colour of a suspicious looking object from brown to green.
Topaz Clarity
Lasso select eyes individually
Topaz Detail
Border x 2 (I know, half the voters hate borders but it accentuates Howard's confinement.)
