Nope - just bull kelp. This is a saltwater bay off a trail in Washington Park, Anacortes, WA. Taken with my old Fuji PS.

Thanks to those who commented. I enjoyed this photo the most so that is why I submitted it, although I know it did not totally fit the challenge it was very complex. For those who asked the water “creatures” are actually a type of seaweed common in the San Juan Islands here in Washington State. On to the next challenge!
