Our 6 year old smooth coated chihuahua, Gyzmo.
Small package, huge temperament.
There's no need for an alarm system with him around. He hears everything, he sees everything, even sometimes things that aren't, and he always briefs us about it.
He doesn't like cable guys.
But he adores the hand of any human being after getting to know them (except for a cable guy).
To him, human hands exist for one purpose only: they're made to caress his tummy, his chest, his upper legs, his neck and his little head.

I remember this being a real lucky shot: one of the few, if not the only, where his eyes are wide open, he's looking into the lens, not licking his lips, not yawning, his ears straight up.
The way he's looking at you here made me think of Joey Tribbiani's catchphrase pickup line in "Friends".

I've kept this photo aside, but never used it. Until now.
A gem of one of our 2 little gems.

Voted earlier coming back to comment.

Nice clean light on this pet portrait that shows off great details from the fur to the eyes to the muzzle. Not so much a critique but a suggestion/observation - I wonder if it would be even better cropped closer? Maybe a square crop to just have the pup's head fill the frame.
