 Flags for Memorial Day on the grounds of Boston Common. The 33,000 flags represent all of the fallen soldiers from Massachusetts who have died since the civil war.

WOW - what a nice surprise to wake up to this on the FP this morning. Shot this when taking cousins visiting the area for the first time into Boston. Got home that night and saw this speed challenge. Luck was on my side. Thanks everyone.

Very cool shot definitely my favorite of the challenge. Its amazing the number of flags that are there are still not enough to represent all the lives lost over all the years!
