I think this one should take the blue. The position of the eyes, the position of the hands hit the mark. The surrounding environment, the old window frame with what looks like cobwebs adds to the feel that this person is paranoid.

This photograph has such a powerful message. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job with this challenge than you have done. Technically speaking your composition is spot on, lighting is great and this is perfect use of black and white. (IMHO)
