Gotta give credit where due. This manages to break the clichéd sky view by sensitive processing and exceptional compositional sense - with the clincher of a cloud pattern that works wonders when combined with its reflection.

Perfect converging building lines and low to high perspective. DMC. Great reflection but a little subdued in contrast and colour.
