I'm a CS3 user. Basically, three zones were processed with different level of sharpness, contrast and brightness: the whell, the guy and the sky. The texture in the sky was boosted by means of Topaz Adjust filter. Then the sky was desaturated and a surface blur filter was applied. Grain and sepia tonality was applied over the skin.Sharpness and local contrast was applied over the wheel to boost textures the silvered look.

Thank you Penny. This is not one of my best,in fact I don't like the shot too much. But I couldn't come with something better because of lacking of time.
