That is just wonderful. I can't put my finger on the right adjective, but it is really terrific.

I like the this, but I am wondering if this is a deliberate creation of what I see.

The wide open eyes create expectation or apprehension.
The lighting and framing make it feel like the girl is looking ever so slightly up at the viewer, a position that is slightly submissive.
The airy glow and soft texture create a delicate spiritual mood for me.
She is a baeutiful person, who present herself well, however the dress isn't fitting quiet right on the left which suggests that it is a natural beauty rather than crafted, that she isn't fully aware just how pretty she is.
All this would create an image of a youthful girl finding her way in the world of adults.

However the body art suggest to me a disregard for authority. Because of this final contrasting detail, for me, it becomes an image of a wounded soul, rebelling in a world that is not kind to her. I see a young adult who has known great sorrow and still feels deep pain.

I like it, but I feel a little sad for her (I hope it's a missreading or a fabrication).
