I quit over a year ago and put on 20Kgs. Trying to knock that down this year now that the nicotine cravings are less after month 12.

Well I'm 7.6 kg down so far that's 16.72 lbs since the second of jan, quit smoking, drinking and the hardest one nice food being a good chef but it's all for a good cause :) want to be around for a long time yet :)

Top 10 pleased with that ;)
