 Lighting by single tungsten lamp. Pencils placed on art canvas. Camera secured on tripod and set to a 2 sec delay to reduce any camera movement.

Light is somewhat harsh (highlights on yellow tip near blown out). A polarizer would help here in controlling the glare.

harsh shadow is killing the concept. keeping title of image in mind I felt like the England pencil is having higher power then others! I think they all needs to be realigned and centralize.
