Actually, I was wrong - this is not a new lift but a structure to support the redevelopment of the 1st floor of the tower. More info at: //www.eiffel-tower.com/news/top-story/199.html

That old metal work is fabulous! I didn't remember it from when I was there.

CONGRATS on your ribbon! It's a wonderful fit for the challenge topic, for sure.

Great perspective - unique take on this iconic landmark. Not seen one like this before. Hope this does well.

(I wish the allowable dimensions on DPC were bigger and this would look fantastic filling my screen at 1920x1080)

Great picture, I do like the composition very much and both processing and the B&W are really helping to bring the deatails out.

I really like the point of view. I don't believe I've ever seen a picture of it from the perspective.

This is my favorite image in the challenge. Only 9 I gave.
Love the black and white. The contrast in light vs. dark.
The lines are crisp.
Great use of angle.

Very nicely executed!!!

Love the composition here. Under the Eiffel is nothing new, but the composition here, especially the symmetry and motion to the right with the excellent detail and light, is very nice. Great stuff.
