 Reality is only a starting point. Using PhotoShop as my transport, I travel to the farthest reaches of my imagination & return with a memento of my journey, which I share with you.


My starting point, captured using an ND filter so I could get the blur.


Version #1 created with a Bear_Music Variation of the classic flip'n'blend.


Version #2 created from #1 by adding 3 layers of Transform/Warp.


Version #3 the result of changing the blending choices.


Version #4 created from #3 by several layers of copy, Transform/Warp.

Final version created in SEP2. I have never tried to use the title to influence the viewer's experience before. I'm curious to see if it works out.

It seems obvious to me. The symbol for Capricorn is a goat with a fish tail. I can see 4 sea-goats in this, swimming above an undersea city. I thought the title explained it all. I was wrong.

Thanks for the comments, the BLING, and the favs! I thought people would complain of the border. Oh, dear!

Excellent abstract. Perhaps I have seen too much. Marijuana Joints and demonic faces and super beams of light.

Regardless of what this scores, I think this would be one hell of a print. Such a cool abstract! Really is something that I can look at for a long time and not get bored of the image.

The title doesn't help as I don't know such a zodiac sign. It would have been better in colour. ;-)
