 An accidental/deliberate use of burdocks to steal the thunder from a bunch of foofy flowers growing out of my old firepit. I cheated a little in that I snipped off the branch of burrs and stuck them in amongst the flowers.

Camera on tripod, used the 300mm, as I was too lazy to change the lens, and its f.4 which gave me a nice shallow dof, even at pretty close range at 5 ft or so, to help isolate the burrs and give the rest some bokeh.

pp: altered RAW, crop, brightness/contrast, vibrance/saturation, resize, dodge and burn, sharpen, save for web
