 It's the interior side of a cast resin statue. To me it comes off with a bit of an H.R. Giger-esque biological look. Not sure how much of a fractal it is, might be a bit of a stretch for some, but it does have a bit of a repeating pattern. Anyway, I think it looks pretty cool, but we'll see what the collective thinks it is.

Found in a parking lot with some other junk while out for one of my bike rides.

Post-challenge notes:
Not bad for something that was an iffy fit for the topic. Certainly would have done better in a more appropriate challenge.
