This is my husband - he reluctantly agreed to model for me :) I took three sets of images, checking them all out on the computer and refining, trying to pick out what we both liked best in terms of angle, perspective, shirt, glasses/no glasses, etc. I have been thrilled with the comments and the way the score has held this week, especially considering the competition. Here we are at the next-to-last day and it looks as if this will take over the next-to-top spot in my profile. Thank you.

Well, we dropped steadily over the last 15 votes Sunday, but we did fine :) Thanks!

Had two comments suggesting a crop that was not quite as close might be better. Here's the best alternative I have:

Really fabulous job here. I'm glad to see this finished with a good score. He looks great! Wonderful capture of details and his eyes are fascinating. Congrats on finishing in the top 10!

You have one green eye one blue, yeah yeah you've heard it 100 times before, I'm guessing this will ribbon, partly b/c it's what the voters will like, not really my style, though have to say done well.

I really like this one and have rated it high. I think it is the expressive eyes that draws me in. It does appear to be a little soft, but I don't mind. Hope it does well for you.

I like this - lots of character, lots of intelligence and a little bit of whimsy in the expression. Again with the chopped off top of the head - I really have a thing about that. In any case, good color control and the overall impact is high as the image is very interesting.
