This has all the elements of a great DPC photo... clean & uncluttered background, great exposure and captured light, composition using RoT, and the masterful use of the fourth element... time & movement!

Judy: yes, sort of a fez, but much taller than regular
Annie: indeed, it is supposed to be mesmerizing...especially for the dervish himself :)
