I had a really cool shot that would have been fun to enter:



but I feel in love with this one. There was just something special about it.

When I was up at chincoteague shooting for the bird challenge, I forced myself to try some abstract shots. (and I had to force myself!!! I was having way too much fun shooting the normal bird shots, and it was actually irritating having to take a break! :)

Well, I'm sorry I hadn't tried more of the abstract -- I had a blast playing with them.

The colour, flow and softness are wonderful but its the legs that makes this shot for me.

Congratulations on a front-page finish Wendy. This is gorgeous & the outtakes are a real treat! It is a pleasure to see you discover the fun of Abstract.

SO GOOD AND WOULD HAVE WON IT IS WAS A BLUR CHALLENGE AGAINST THE OTHER IMAGES IN THIS ABSTRACT NATURE I THINK XOX EXCELLENT XOX FROM SHEZ

Lovely abstract imo. Enough definition that it's easy to see the bird's flight and enough blur that we have a real sense of movement. Voted earlier.
