I'm not really that much of a birder, but when I was out for a walk this afternoon, I heard a grand commotion in a eucalyptus tree. This guy (I think it's a red-shouldered hawk) was getting hassled by two crows, one of which is out of the frame. The crows were really pissed, and after about ten passes at the hawk, managed to get him to vacate the branch.

Looks like a Red Shouldered to me. I believe that Crows were born to harass Hawks. They just love to do it for the sport of it.

I've seen crows harass hawks, and mockingbirds harass crows. Attitude beats size sometimes ;-)
