I wasn't going to enter this challenge because I didn't think I had anything that would fit. But when I saw Wendy's post encouraging everyone to enter I looked back through my weeks photos. My first thought was to enter the butterfly it seemed fitting since my girls had been taking care of the cocoon since last fall and it had just emerged this week, I got a few photos of it before it flew away. I also remembered the shot I had got of my little girl and her best friend. I thought the expression on both of their faces was perfect. So I added the butterfly. It was just a quick edit and not perfect but I hope that it brightens his day a bit. I know the little girls and boys in my neighborhood love butterflies and it seemed kind of symbolic.

One of my favorites of the challenge. It never even occurred to me that the butterfly was 'shopped in. Congrats on top 10!
