 i had a feeling this would get red. i knew i had no shots against Gyaban's masterpiece. the score started and stayed put at 7.3ish the whole time.

my daughter really loved making this with me. it was a lot of fun and we at lots of skittles when we were done.

it was my first real test using my new umbrella and flashes. i was pleased with the outcome. believe it or not i barely touched up my daughter, really only pushed the levels and some slight dodging and burning.

after we took the main image she threw the skittle up in the air in front of a white background and and i shot them. afterward i added them in post, lots of them different sizes and added some motion blur to the layer to add the falling effect.

the white backdrop was replace with a blue gradient to give it a clean look. i wanted to try and get outside to get a sun breaking through the clouds shot but the weather wasn't cooperating that weekend.

thank god for expert. initially i tried taking it all in one shot but my daughter kept flinching when i threw skittles at her.

I'll see if i can get some outtakes since some were pretty funny.

Great idea, colors, and overall image! I've always dreamed of waking up and hearing "no school..it's raining candy!" :D

Oh! FUN!!!

Well done.

Could be a bit more saturation in the blues to really make this POP, but I'm sure Dallas got a kick out of it.
