 This ferry has made a surprise comeback to the lake and had only just returned when I took this late afternoon shot. She got stuck in mud when the lake dried out during prolonged drought, and the owner and the council had a battle over demands to remove it when it was impossible to do so safely. Eventually the council removed it with cranes, doing substantial damage in the process, impounded it, then sold it off to recover costs. The new owner has done a marvelous restoration job and it will soon resume passenger services. (There is another, grander paddle steamer ferry in the process of restoration, no doubt I'll present it in a challenge some time along with its own story.)

Bright colors... looks a little over saturated, perhaps? Nice use of the bottom corner, however.
