lensbaby? Horizontal tilt shift games? I'm always skeptical about massive blur when it has nothing to do with the focal plane. Nice perspective though.

I'm not a big fan of the selective blur look... but otherwise I really like how the bridge really leads your eye over to the lighted area of the sky.
