I found a tool for photographers to get thoughts on their website via facebook, twitter, email and anywhere they would like to post it.

I would appreciate 7 sec reviews from anyone at my test //www.thinkbigart.com/7secondtest/index.php?url=4263-338

And will happily give any who wish to use the tool, the sign up can be found //www.thinkbigart.com/7secondtest/signup.php

Oh and have a great weekend!

Ches

- pregnant lady
- ugly aqua button
- The fact that it took me 3 of my seven seconds to realize I needed to click "start" ;-)

lol

For whomever asked about the boudoir model, she was a customer, and yes, very hot. Her boyfriend came to the shoot, and had to leave multiple times in two hours. :o

Took me a couple minutes to figure out what you were talking about.

The image would have to be the tag line "Your Image, Your Story" And the camera lens was in the frame from OverExposure (the people who run the test)

OverExposure has some interesting ideas in marketing... haven't seen a lot of results yet though.

i'm on a satellite connection, but all I saw was the header.. .

THank you karmat, I don't know how fast sat connections are? What do they relate to? DSL? Cable? Dialup? faster?slower?

I saw, and keep seeing Studio Phes, not Studio Ches. That one letter's font is going to be a problem.

Pregnant Lady, Four squares filling with imagery
You have seven seconds

On just better than dial up, not much else.

Our satellite is faster than than dial up, but not as fast as dsl. Not sure 'bout cable, but I suspect cable is faster than satellite.

Yeah, our cable is quite a bit faster than dsl.

I tried this before we redesigned, and no one saw anything, (our current site) This one loads much faster and has a lot more information on the main page, so the search engines should find us more often too.

Anyone else wanna bite? I'd love to test yours too.

What the heck is a bowler hat anyways? not only are you seeing things... but your seeing things that don't even exist in real life!

I'll have you know, you impetuous young American chap, that we British wear the distinguished bowler on our daily commute to the office. And sometimes whilst eating strawberries and cream during the tennis. ;)

I wanted to thank all of you who reviewed the site, it will help greatly what our final take is and what we put on the inside.

Just in case you are wondering... I just did a real world test of my cable connection... It was connecting to a server outside the USA in Vancouver, BC...

My actual measured download speed was 14.4 mbps... and measured upload was at 4.5 mbps

That compares with the RATED download speed for satellite connections of 400kbps.

In other words, my REAL world download speed is 35 times faster than your RATED speed.
